The Pop Ash, also known as Fraxinus caroliniana and Carolina Ash, is a beautiful, lush, green tree, with leaves that grow 5 to 10 inches long. The Pop Ash Tree has a dark green top, and a paler, smooth underside. It is a small tree, growing up to about 30 feet tall, and being 6 inches in diameter. The Pop Ash grows best in partial shade to full sun and needs to be planted in an area where it has an adequate water supply. These fast growing ash trees are great to plant near ponds, swamps or wet areas.
